I’m not the biggest Snow Patrol fan in the world, but the Scottish group does make decent music, even if it’s the type of guitar-oriented rock that will appeal mostly to your girlfriend.

That being said, today’s track is a great one, featuring Martha Wainwright. It tones down some of the six-string pyrotechnics to make a subtle, haunting ballad. Definitely worth a listen.
